The 845-page findings place the blame for the 6 January 2021 storming of Congress squarely on "one man" - former President Donald Trump.

 

It accuses him of a "multi-part conspiracy" to overturn his election defeat three months earlier.

 

Mr Trump did not co-operate with the panel and declared the final report a "witch hunt" after its release.
