Megakario Blast is the heir. of non-potential megakaryocyte stem cells which is obtained from the colony pluripotent unit of Myelopoosis. Megakaryocytes are characterized by nuclei. polyploid and divided into sublobes with diffuse chromatin The cytoplasm is a weak base. It consists of small granules and a demarcation membrane. which is a system of water bags and pipes that are connected to each other pertaining to cell membranes The zoning membrane serves to divide the zone.
